Wangu Wambugu is a highly skilled Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, bringing a comprehensive background in conveyancing, property law, and commercial transactions to her role as Head of Conveyancing Department. As a Certified Secretary, she also provides comprehensive company secretarial services to clients. Her experience in the banking sector provides her with key skills and strong background in matters of banking law, charges, mortgages, and securities, showcasing her expertise in reviewing and validating documentation to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Throughout her career, Wangu has demonstrated proficiency in:

Conveyancing: Managing legal due diligence, structuring property purchase deals, and handling perfection of bank securities.

Real Estate Documentation: Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents related to property transactions, including agreements for sale, transfers, leases, and security documents.

 Banking Law & Securities: Expertise in banking law, charges, mortgages, and securities, gained through experience in drafting and reviewing credit documentation, facility letters, and security documentation.
